			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The role of technology has always been a hot topic within educational circles, debate remains about what place it serves in the curriculum and what responsibility teachers have to learn and deliver this technology.</p>
<p>The use of technology in our classrooms comes with a whole host of implications some positive, some negative.  However the spread of technology into the curriculum and the classroom is inevitable so as teachers we need to minimise the negative impacts and maximise the positive ones.</p>
<p>This encouraged me to explore the <a href="http://deakingroup1.edublogs.org/positives-of-using-technology-in-the-classroom/">positive</a> and <a href="http://deakingroup1.edublogs.org/negatives-of-using-technolgy-in-the-classroom/">negative</a> sides of teaching with technology.</p>
